One request · six beats · the detail

You say one thing. Here is everything that happens next.

The same six beats as the home page, in the same order, with the detail behind each. One rule runs under all of them: nothing leaves without your word.

01

You speak

One spoken request, in your own words. Typed works too, and it is the same conversation either way. It takes about two and a half seconds to Donna’s first word, and the pill above the composer always says who has the floor.

  • Yours

Yours by default. Donna stops the moment you speak.

  • Donna

Donna is talking. Say a word to cut in and it is yours again.

  • Open

Quiet. Donna presents what came back in the next gap.

02

Intent captured

Donna turns what you said into a clear brief and says the constraint back, so you know it landed. She asks before keeping anything about you, in the words she is about to save. The conversation never restarts, so the line you set at the gate still holds in the car the next morning.

03

Donna delegates

Donna does not answer from memory. The brief goes to several agents at once, in the cloud, for minutes rather than seconds: one researching Montreux, another reading set menus for the Mid-Autumn dinner. Donna tells you the job is out and carries on the conversation.

04

Report back

The result returns to the same conversation as a card, not a chat log: three hotels that take all eight, four sources, and the time it landed. If something wants a word from you, one amber line says so. What you keep goes to the Library, readable and deletable.

Splendid is over your CHF 170 line — say hold or drop.

Go through it with you

Same thread. Donna walks you through the result or a document section by section, and updates it as you decide: say drop Splendid and it is off the shortlist before she moves on. The same rule covers anything that leaves. A reply is written and held, read back word for word, and goes only when you say send. Calendar changes are said back before they are written.

Draft · WhatsApp · to Priya

You’re right, the 15th beats the 14th — let’s take it. I’ll send the Montreux details once the rooms are confirmed.

Donna’s own draft row, not WhatsApp’s. It stays a draft until you say the word. Sending works on a channel that has been connected for your account; connecting one yourself is not available yet.

Always there

Donna stays on your Lock Screen. Talk, hear a result, or hang up without opening the app.

Arriving with version 2.1

Only job titles and where they stand appear — nothing you or Donna said. Talk and Hear need iOS 18 or later.

Illustrative screens and conversation, drawn from the iPhone app. Hotel rates are examples, not live offers. Donna needs an internet connection.

One sentence at the gate is the whole interface.
