Donna is a personal AI assistant accessible via Telegram (@Meetdonnaai_bot). Donna uses large language models (Claude by Anthropic, OpenAI models) to understand and respond to your messages, remember your preferences, and perform tasks on your behalf via a growing library of skills.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

Pro Tier ($49/month): Unlimited monthly usage (subject to fair use), all skills, priority processing, advanced memory.

Donna's responses are generated by AI models and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should:
You retain ownership of the content you input. You own the outputs Donna generates for you, subject to the underlying AI providers' terms.
The Donna brand, interface, skill system, and underlying infrastructure are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from our systems without written permission.
Your use of Donna is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Donna AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service — including data loss, service interruptions, or inaccurate AI responses.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Donna AI and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
