The same Donna on Starter, Personal and Pro. Only the allowance changes.

How the allowances work
In the app you see a percentage left, never a meter running.
- Two allowances
- A plan carries one allowance for calls with Donna and one for the work Donna delegates. The app shows each as a percentage left.
- Before a call runs out
- Donna gives you a spoken heads-up before a call runs out.
- Refills
- If you run low before the month is out, a refill adds half of your plan’s monthly allowance. Refills are for subscribers, are bought in the iPhone app and do not expire.
- Typed chat
- Typed chat is always free and draws on neither allowance.
- Billed by Apple
- Plans are bought in the iPhone app and billed by Apple. There the prices are US$49.99, US$99.99 and US$199.99 a month, and Apple shows them in your local currency.
- Changing or cancelling
- You change or cancel a plan in the subscription settings of your Apple Account. Nothing on this site takes a payment.
